2007 - 2010 COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT
Renewal Collective Agreement Ratified

In early 2007 we reached a renewal collective agreement with the AGCO. Highlights include general wage increases of 2.5% effective January 1, 2007 (retroactive) and 3% on each of January 1, 2008, 2009 and 2010 as well as benefit improvements like increased vision care; better access to paramedicals like chiropractors, psychologists and massage therapists; and a number of improvements to our ability to represent our members.

On January 12, 2009, a new Collective Agreement Insert was distributed to Bargaining Unit members. The Insert is meant as a supplement to the Collective Agreement booklet.
